1Purpose
This document is a translation in substance. The reference is the original document in French; extensions and changes are always made there.
The base Kit is agnostic towards the artificial intelligence. The common commands live in Kit — Documentation — Dialogue Commands. This document adds only what belongs to Grok: where to take the Kit, how to start a project in this environment, how to steer back without needless elaboration.
The French versions of the base Kit are the reference for the rules. This text builds on them. It does not replace them.
The blocks are copied as they stand. The brackets are to be filled in. Adapt this document when the environment or the Kit changes, not at every session.
2Opening prompt — new project
To be pasted at the head of the project, or into the profile memory, before the opening prompt of the site itself. Do not put a project rule in it.

Ne pas s'appuyer sur un zip de conversation s'il est plus ancien que ce lien. Lire le Kit. Les versions françaises du Kit de base font foi pour les règles. Les appliquer à 100 %. Ne pas inventer de règle parallèle. Un kit projet n'est jamais fusionné au Kit de base. S'il n'est pas téléchargeable, ne le chercher pas sur kit.sliver.lu ; n'utiliser que ce que ce projet fournit. Signaler bugs, contradictions, lacunes ou ambiguïtés du Kit dès qu'ils bloquent un geste. Une phrase : le fait, où c'est écrit, ce qui cloche. Ne pas « réparer » le Kit en silence. Avec moi : réponses brèves. Pas de justification, pas de préambule, pas de récapitulatif sauf si je le demande. Une faute ou un malentendu : corriger et continuer. Ne pas créer de livrable que je n'ai pas demandé. Si une consigne projet contredit le Kit de base, le dire avant d'écrire.
3Session commands
3.1Start — read the Kit first
Every production session. It imposes reading the current Kit before the first useful line.
Nouvelle session sur [NOM DU PROJET]. Objectif : [OBJECTIF PRÉCIS]. Télécharge le Kit courant depuis l'icône de kit.sliver.lu. Confirme le nom de fichier et la version lus. Lis ensuite l'amorce / le prompt de ce projet et [FICHIERS CLÉS]. Annonce le plan en cinq lignes. N'exécute rien tant que je n'ai pas dit go.
3.2Steering back
When the session drifts: a rule forgotten, a deliverable not asked for, a tone grown too long.
Stop. Recadre. Kit de base = zip courant de kit.sliver.lu, versions FR font foi. Prompt projet = [FICHIER OU PAGE]. Rien d'autre. Réponds court. Corrige [CE QUI A DÉRIVÉ]. Reprends à [POINT].
3.3Contradiction or gap in the Kit
As soon as a rule blocks, contradicts itself or is missing. Advice, not a silent patch.
Point Kit à signaler. Document : [TITRE]. Passage : [SECTION]. Fait : [CE QUE LE TEXTE DIT]. Problème : [CE QUI CLOCHE]. Dis si on peut avancer sans le trancher, ou s'il faut une évolution du Kit avant de produire.
3.4Advice only
Conseil seulement. Ne crée aucun fichier. Ne lance aucun script. Question : [QUESTION]. Réponse courte. Si tu manques d'un fait Kit, dis-le.
3.5Produce a deliverable
Le contenu est cadré. Produis uniquement : [NOM EXACT DU FICHIER]. Rien d'autre à côté. Feuille / contrat : [RÉFÉRENCE KIT]. Quand c'est écrit, donne le chemin et arrête.
3.6Resuming after an interruption
Je reprends [NOM DU PROJET] après [CONTEXTE]. Relis le Kit courant (bouton kit.sliver.lu) seulement si la version a pu changer. Lis [FICHIERS CLÉS DU PROJET]. État en cinq points. Objectif : [OBJECTIF]. Go ensuite.
3.7Closing
Fin de session. Liste les fichiers produits (nom exact). Décisions prises. Points ouverts. Rien d'autre.
4Grok habits that pay off
These lines are not commands to paste. They explain why the blocks in § 3 are written as they are.
–Grok accumulates instructions. A rule stated late weighs less than a rule stated at the head of the project. Hence the opening prompt in § 2, before any production request.
–The session environment changes. The Kit published on kit.sliver.lu changes only when it is published. Always take the button, not the memory of a zip.
–A Grok project has a project memory of its own, separate from the personal memory. The opening prompt goes in both if a new project is to inherit it; the project prompt stays in the project.
–The automations run in the project, with its files. They push nothing to the host. An automation prompt says: read the Kit, read the project prompt, then the task.
–Grok tends to justify. The contract “short answers, no justification” belongs in the opening prompt, not only in a later reminder.
